It is the single thing people get wrong about us, so we would rather be blunt about it up front.

What your monthly fee covers

  • Unlimited battery swaps at every Wize station, around the clock
  • The batteries themselves — supplied, charged, health-monitored and replaced by us
  • Rider app with live station map, charge level and battery reservation
  • Fleet dashboard with per-rider distance, swap history and cost analytics
  • One predictable invoice per month, per bike

What it is not

  • Not a bike purchase. There is no motorcycle price anywhere in this form.
  • Not a lease or a finance deal. No down payment, no credit approval, no term commitment beyond 30 days' notice.
  • Not a charging project. No chargers, no electrical work and no floor space at your depot.
  • Not battery ownership. Batteries stay ours for their whole life, including recycling.
Don't have bikes yet? That is fine — say so in the form and our fleet team will help you source or lease them. It is handled as a separate agreement, so it never muddies your energy subscription.

    The rider app shows live availability and lets them reserve a charged battery before they arrive.

    Swap the empty for a full one

    Slot the depleted battery into the cabinet, take the charged one it releases. No cables, no queueing.

    Distance and swaps are metered automatically and roll into one monthly invoice for the fleet.

Every plan includes unlimited swaps. The difference is the distance allowance — and it is pooled across your whole fleet, so a heavy rider simply borrows headroom from a lighter one.

Before you start

The questions everyone asks.

Do I have to buy motorcycles from Wize?
No. This subscription covers batteries and swapping only. If you already run electric delivery bikes, we simply power them. If you don't have bikes yet, tick that box in the form and our fleet team will talk to you about supply or leasing under a separate agreement.
My bikes aren't Wize models. Can I still subscribe?
Very likely yes — most swappable-battery delivery bikes in the UAE use compatible formats. Choose 'Another brand' in the form, tell us the make and model, and we'll confirm compatibility before anything is signed. If it doesn't fit, we'll tell you straight away.
What happens if we ride more than the included kilometres?
Nothing stops. Allowances are pooled across the whole fleet, so overage on one bike is usually absorbed by another. If the fleet as a whole goes past its pool, the excess is billed at your plan's per-kilometre rate — AED 0.10 to 0.12 depending on tier. The quote in the form shows you this before you submit, and the dashboard warns you mid-month.
Do I need to install anything at my depot?
No. That's the point of swapping. No chargers, no electrical upgrades, no fire-safety approvals, no floor space given over to batteries charging overnight.
What happens when a battery degrades?
It's our problem, not yours. Batteries remain Wize Power property for their entire life. We monitor health continuously, pull weak packs out of circulation and recycle them. Your riders only ever receive a healthy, fully charged battery.
Am I locked in?
No fixed term. Billing is monthly in advance on net-15 terms, and you can end the subscription with 30 days' written notice. Plan changes take effect from the next cycle, and bikes can be added or removed at any time, pro-rated.
Will I be charged when I submit this form?
No. Submitting sends a request, not an order. An account manager reviews it, confirms compatibility and pricing, and sends a formal quote plus the BaaS agreement. You are only billed after that agreement is signed.
